With Mother's Day on the horizon, Moe shares a story where he pens a letter to Homer, Apu, and Reverend Lovejoy, who are away on vacation with their families. In the letter, he jokingly hints at the possibility of eloping with one of their wives. As the three men speculate about which wife Moe might mean, they reflect on the overlooked connections between Moe and Marge, Manjula, and Helen Lovejoy. However, when the guys return from their getaway, they are met with an unexpected twist that leaves them stunned.
