Restaurant Wars (S23E08)

It's Restaurant Wars, and this season brings an exciting twist! The chefs are divided into two teams of four, each responsible for creating unique restaurant concepts. They must craft a three-course progressive menu, including two choices for each course. The stakes are higher as they also have to serve 100 guests while managing to-go orders simultaneously. Joining Kristen, Tom, and Gail at the judges' table are restaurateur Michael Mina and Clare Reichenbach, CEO of the James Beard Foundation. Just before the challenge kicks off, the chefs receive unexpected news that alters their team dynamics.
