Health Hazard (S03E01)

Deed is confronted with two challenging cases in his courtroom. One involves a woman who alleges her brain tumor was a result of extensive mobile phone use. The other case features a defendant in a hit-and-run incident who appears unfit to face trial. Simultaneously, the ongoing storyline from the second season unfolds as Deed’s partner, Jo Mills, faces a disciplinary hearing instigated by Sir Ian Rochester and overseen by Sir Monty Everard, both of whom harbor resentment towards Deed. He steps up to defend Jo against the accusations.
