Brackman refers a client to Perkins, who proves to be untrustworthy, frantic, and aggressive. Rollins is initially furious when McKenzie assigns Sifuentes as second chair in a wrongful death case, but soon appreciates his support after Sifuentes manages to win over the jury and salvage the situation. To assist Perkins in attracting clients, Becker arranges a meeting with his publicist. Meanwhile, Markowitz feels hopeless about becoming a father when he experiences negative side effects from his fertility treatments and has to stop. Van Owen opens up to Kuzak about her guilt over the illegal confession in the Torrey case, while Kelsey is upset when Markowitz talks to Becker about adoption without her input.
