Nell organizes another PORKO meeting at her home, and the group leader arrives, only to be ridiculed by the members for regaining the weight he had lost. Apologizing, he quickly exits. Shortly after, Nell receives a distressing call from him, realizing he’s about to leap from the 13th-floor balcony of his hotel. Rushing to the hotel, she and the group hop into the elevator, which then gets stuck due to the weight of everyone inside. While the elevator eventually descends safely, Nell takes the stairs. Ultimately, she manages to convince the doctor not to jump, and they all agree to aim for losing two pounds a week while sticking to their diets.
