Buzz Beer sets up a booth at an alcohol expo, aiming for a spot in the Beer-of-the-Month club. Unfortunately, Oswald forgets to submit their application, leaving them at the only available table next to an anti-alcohol group showcasing graphic images of liver damage. Meanwhile, Drew and Mimi chastise Lewis and Oswald for their blunders. Kate proposes they attract customers by giving away free peanuts, and she, along with Drew and Mimi, heads off to borrow a peanut cart, leaving Oswald and Lewis to reflect on their errors. Determined to redeem themselves, they decide to "borrow" a former circus bear from DrugCo, who is adept at drinking beer, hoping the spectacle will draw in patrons. Oswald conceals the bear in the beer truck just as Drew returns. However, when Lewis and Oswald are momentarily distracted, the bear takes off with the truck, causing chaos in the neighborhood
