Drew's in a Coma (2) (S06E15)
After a serious car crash, Drew slips into a coma, where he finds himself in a whimsical dreamland filled with beautiful models, delicious pizza trees, and an unadorned Mimi serving him. While he drifts in this fantasy, his friends keep a constant watch over him at the hospital. Mimi tries to jolt him awake with a kiss, but it fails. The doctor administers a shot to revive him, yet it proves ineffective. Drew prefers his dream state over reality. In a desperate move, the doctor proposes removing his respirator, risking his life. Steve, holding power of attorney, wishes to avoid that. The friends attempt to surround him with comforting items, but nothing changes. After the respirator is taken away, Drew faces a test for entry into heaven and discovers he’s been accepted. In the midst of this, Mimi unexpectedly goes into labor in Drew’s room.
