Blake seeks out Billy Waite, a shady oil tycoon, in hopes of securing funds to revive his failing business. Meanwhile, Jeff is still on the hunt for Fallon. Frustrated with her lawyer's lack of progress, Alexis lets go of Warren Ballard and hires Adam instead. She decides to visit Billy Waite in South America, pretending to express concern over Blake's troubles. Just as she is about to leave, the police show up and arrest her for trying to evade prosecution. In a remote religious retreat, Jeff receives the devastating news that Fallon has died, along with Peter DeVilbis.
