A charming petty officer finds herself in hot water after being arrested by military police for impersonating a Salvation Army Santa and stealing the donations. Harm steps in as her defense attorney, but due to her record of unauthorized absences, she's ordered to remain in custody. With the holidays approaching and both the brig and pre-trial facility closed, she must spend the festive season either with Harm or Mac, as she’s estranged from her father. Meanwhile, Cmdr. Ted Lindsey informs Bud's brother Mikey that he's being considered for a nomination to the Naval Academy, but their father, a retired Master Chief, is opposed to the idea of another son becoming an officer.
