Harm and Mac head back to the USS Seahawk to update the JAG officers on the revised Rules of Engagement after the Taliban fighters escaped due to a JAG officer's uncertainty about the target's legitimacy. While on board, the captain requests Harm to conduct a bombing run over Afghanistan. Initially thrilled, Harm's enthusiasm quickly turns to worry when his aircraft is severely hit by enemy fire. In a parallel storyline, a jealous Lt. Singer undermines Bud's case upon learning that he is about to be promoted.
