Mack, the domineering father of Kyle and Ryan, unexpectedly shows up, causing tension. His harsh remarks infuriate Ryan, and when he discovers Kyle's inability to have children, he turns his criticism on him too. Overwhelmed, the brothers leave Kyle's birthday celebration and end up in a fight that spills into the pool. In a moment of rage, Kyle lashes out at Mack after he belittles him and reveals his condition to Ryan. Meanwhile, Amanda works on repairing her friendships with Eve and Peter. Lexi jumps to the wrong conclusion upon spotting Amanda and Peter at a hotel while Eve is away for a gig. Audrey takes legal action against Michael for sexual harassment, leaving the hospital unwilling to back him. Following a shocking encounter with Audrey, Jane distances herself from Michael. In secret, Michael and Audrey meet up. Lexi disrupts a Valentine's Day date with one of her suitors, and Megan decides to quit the project. Lexi then gains access to Megan’s
