The show kicked off with a striking hip-hop performance that had a futuristic vibe and truly captured the audience's attention. However, guest judge Toni Basil's story about her journey into dance didn’t resonate quite as well. When host Cat Deeley inquired about the challenges dancers face in mastering various styles, Basil essentially pointed out that with so many dance forms out there, complete mastery is nearly impossible.
