Flavours of the Future (S11E06)

In the Quickfire Challenge, the Chefs honor the 60th anniversary of Tim Horton’s by crafting a dish that reflects their Canadian roots, with the potential for their creation to be added to the Tim Horton’s menu. Following this, the Elimination Challenge pushes the Chefs to prepare a Top Chef-worthy dish using distinctive and sustainable ingredients that Judge David Zilber believes will soon become staples in chefs’ kitchens.
