In the thrilling finale of season eleven, the final three Chefs travel to the culinary hotspot of Montreal, Canada. The intense Quickfire challenge pushes them to put a creative twist on a beloved Montreal dish: Poutine, a smoked meat sandwich, or a Montreal-style bagel. With the expertise of esteemed Guest Judges Frederic Morin and Antonio Park, they determine who will be eliminated. Next, the two remaining Chefs team up with Season 8 Winner and Montreal local Francis Blais for a trip to Jean-Talon Market, before preparing an extraordinary five-course progressive tasting menu in a fierce battle for the title of Canada’s Top Chef.
