To pass the time and alleviate the monotony, Jim proposes playing "Desert Island" and "Who Would You Do?", leading to some surprising confessions from his coworkers. Meanwhile, Michael engages in business discussions with Ryan, which leaves Dwight feeling excluded and sidelined from the group dynamics.
