Caroline and the Wayward Husband (3) (S02E25)
Julia bursts into Richard and Caroline's apartment in tears, declaring that her engagement has ended and insisting on sleeping on the sofa, which forces Richard and Caroline to share her bedroom for the night. A nude Julia stirs old feelings in Richard, who remains unfazed. Meanwhile, Caroline seeks Del's advice on pursuing a relationship with Richard, and Del, surprisingly reflective, encourages her to trust her instincts. On her first day filming the Shadoe Stevens series, Annie struggles with her complex medical lines until the director and writer decide to switch her to a role as a tough female cop, which presents even more challenging dialogue. Del worries about losing his business, but Charlie steps in to save him with a trust fund set up by his father, on the condition that he becomes Del's partner.
