Martin and Judith find themselves facing an IRS audit for the final year of their marriage. As they sift through past receipts, they stumble upon evidence of Martin's affair with Nicki Rosen, who happens to be Judith's friend. Meanwhile, Jeremy is eager to attend a party without any adult supervision, but his parents refuse to let him go. Amidst the tension of the audit, Martin and Judith clash over the affair. Seizing the opportunity, Jeremy manipulates the situation to convince his parents to let him attend the party, where he joins in on a game of spin the bottle.
