Her concerns deepen when a search of his room seems to validate her fears. On a stormy night, with Maxwell out for dinner with the kids, Fran finds herself alone with Niles. As he approaches her, she believes he’s about to attack, but he reveals he’s actually working on a play, not plotting anything sinister.
