Inspired by Tasha, a rising female rock star, Fran feels compelled to pen her own lyrics detailing her struggles in hopes of achieving fame. Despite Mr. Sheffield's skepticism, Fran is determined to share her work with Tasha. She even poses as a hotel maid alongside Val to gain access to the star. When Fran finally meets Tasha, she's thrilled that Tasha is eager to connect with her fans. However, while Fran's song falls flat, her unfortunate experiences spark Tasha's creativity. But when Mr. Sheffield expresses that he misses Fran, her newfound happiness shifts Tasha’s focus to Val for inspiration instead.
