The Boca Story (S04E25)

Sylvia makes the exciting decision to purchase a condo in Boca, a development that should delight Fran but instead leaves her feeling despondent. Dr. Miller suggests that Fran's distress stems from a fear of her mother moving away. In an effort to ease Fran's anxiety, Mr. Sheffield brings her to visit the condo, hoping she’ll embrace the idea. However, their plans unravel when they find the supposed condo is merely a swamp. Although Fran is heartbroken, especially when Sylvia disrupts her dreams, she finds solace in knowing she won’t have to part from her mother just yet. Meanwhile, Niles grapples with feeling left out as the only single member of his circle.
