The Big Labor of Love Episode (S02E16)

The Thornes' carefully planned C-section is thrown into chaos when Big Dee Dee unexpectedly goes into labor three weeks early. In a state of panic, Dee Dee seeks assistance from Mona, who gracefully navigates the situation by getting Big Dee Dee to the hospital. Complications arise, including an overly cheery new nurse and a pregnant doctor who is grumpy about being overdue. As Dee Dee grows envious of Mona’s composed nature, tensions rise, especially when Big Dee Dee sends her daughter off to find a doctor and asks Mona to stay by her side. Meanwhile, Spencer and Phyllis embark on a mission to locate Charles, who is unwinding at a secluded men's retreat. Eventually, Mona confronts Dee Dee, alleviating her jealousy by suggesting she could simply claim to have been a helpful presence during the delivery. Just as Big Dee Dee welcomes their son, Drew Christian, Charles makes his entrance.
