Accompanied by his knowledgeable friend Jay Scott, who is intimately familiar with the region, Steve embarks on this thrilling Mexican expedition. Once they’ve secured their prize, he plans to prepare a flavorful feast by grilling the brined turkey over unique, locally-sourced charcoal.
