During a spring hunting trip in Florida, Steven Rinella successfully caught a wild barred hog. In the field, he showcases the most effective methods for butchering the hog and preparing it for transport. Later on, Steve teams up with his friend, chef Matt Weingarten, to create four different dishes using various parts of the hog, including the head, skin, trotters, muscle, and innards.
