As Dharma, Abby, and Jane attempt to lift Kitty's spirits for her 50th birthday, Greg, Larry, and Edward take to the slopes for their own version of the Winter Olympics. To divert Kitty from her impulsive plan for plastic surgery, the quirky trio convinces her to join them at a navy bar, dressed in flashy outfits. She quickly captures attention, until a young man awkwardly compares her to his mother. Meanwhile, Greg and Edward embark on a unique bonding experience, tobogganing down a mountain in a canoe, backwards, at night.
