Frustrated by Dharma's influence, Greg pretends to have plans with Jane, which she enthusiastically supports, landing him in a strange role-playing scenario with her eccentric friends, including a Trekkie with Vulcan ears. Meanwhile, Kitty and Edward are struggling with an influx of ducks in their swimming pool, and Abby, studying ornithological intelligence at Berkeley, enters the scene.
