Diane, a longtime friend of Jim, drops by the garage seeking him out, and Alex finds himself attracted to her. In his enthusiasm, Alex makes some unkind comments about Jim, unaware that he and Diane have started dating. When Jim hears about Alex's remarks, he approaches him for a discussion. Alex defends his comments by recalling some of Jim's wild antics from the past. Jim feels a warm sense of nostalgia that Alex remembers those moments, and in the end, everything is resolved amicably.
