Alex the Gofer (S05E07)

Alex, a theater enthusiast, starts a part-time gig as a gofer for a young producer and director but quickly realizes he’s being treated poorly by his younger superiors. Louie, observing Alex at work, witnesses him being belittled and surprisingly refrains from mocking him; instead, he encourages Alex to assert himself and confront the director. Just as Alex contemplates this advice, the director unexpectedly apologizes for his earlier behavior and acknowledges one of Alex’s previous ideas. This apology helps Alex reclaim his self-respect and dignity.
