They promote Lifeline, Dial Tone, and the unqualified Shipwreck to the rank of Colonel. The trio struggles to work together, proving they're far from officer material, which leads to chaos at G.I. Joe Headquarters. Taking advantage of the disarray, Cobra launches an assault on a research facility near the Joes' base, swiftly overpowering them. Just as things seem dire, Hawk returns and rallies the team, orchestrating a counterattack that successfully drives Cobra back.
