Wet Suit, Leatherneck, Dial Tone, and their dates celebrate the grand opening of a chic new nightclub, only to discover that it’s actually a Cobra rocket launched into orbit. Serpentor orders Dr. Mullaney to hand himself and his nitrogen fuel engine over to Cobra, threatening to blow up the club if he refuses. Wet Suit bravely ventures outside, and with Leatherneck's assistance, he manages to disarm the bombs. In the meantime, Dr. Mullaney submits to Cobra. The Joes utilize the nitrogen engine to safely return the club to Earth, while Dr. Mullaney escapes as Cobra's jets crash due to the volatile fuel, resulting in a fiery explosion.
