Duct Tape Murder / Custody of the Devil (S03E02)

In Memphis, Sgts. Tony Mullins and Doreen Shelton find themselves entangled in a web of rumors as they work to discern fact from fiction while trying to track down the two men responsible for the robbery and murder of a local drug dealer. Meanwhile, in Miami, Detectives Tamayo and Ruggerio are called to investigate after a daughter discovers her mother's lifeless body. As they hunt for the elusive murderer, they come to realize that the most severe consequences can often occur beyond the reach of the law.
