Memphis Sergeants arrive at a bizarre crime scene where a lifeless man is slumped over a swing set. As they gather evidence and clues, they begin to identify possible witnesses. The investigation takes a twist when they manage to track down a reluctant witness and get him to open up. Meanwhile, in Miami, Detective Fernando Bosch is on the trail of a murder that requires him to cross state lines. In his urgent quest to find the culprit behind a Miami man's death, leads direct him to a suspect who has allegedly escaped to Atlanta, where unexpected revelations await the detectives.
