Ally claims Glenn is too immature for her, yet she can't help but feel drawn to him. Meanwhile, Glenn is intrigued by her maturity. They both use Jenny's feelings as a convenient reason to avoid a relationship. As John disappears without a trace, the women at the firm, particularly Nelle, start to worry. Richard remains unfazed, taking over John's neglected space in the unisex bathroom. Meanwhile, Raymond finds himself facing a sexual harassment lawsuit from a former colleague and seeks Jenny’s help as his lawyer.
