Four aspiring chefs from the West Midlands team up with Gordon in the kitchen to create a delicious tart featuring artichokes, asparagus, and onions topped with fried quail eggs, along with duck breast served with spring greens and a gooseberry sauce. They also whip up a quick four-minute chocolate mousse. Meanwhile, Janet Street-Porter takes on a role at a fish-and-chip shop in the Shetland Islands, and Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall steps in to help Trinny and Susannah avoid getting sunburned.
