Bernard, embracing his new role as head of the Gifts Unit, gives Charlie a tough time about retrieving the flag for its return. Josh faces challenges from a pro-Taiwanese senator who is adamant about their independence. Bob Russell disrupts an Oval Office photo opportunity with the governor of Pennsylvania, who is also a potential presidential contender.
