Initially daunted by the idea of butchering a crocodile, Adam quickly adapts and successfully prepares a fillet for a prawn and crocodile laksa. Later, while exploring the stunning waters of Nitmiluk Gorge, he catches a barramundi, which he cooks at a stunning location near Edith Falls.
