The leader of the Yakuza, whom Lambert apprehended in the 22nd century, has escaped to the 20th century with ambitions of consolidating all Yakuza factions for greater power. Armed with knowledge of future events, he swiftly rises to the top of the organization. Upon discovering Lambert's presence in this time period, he initiates a series of attacks against him. Lambert desperately tries to track him down but finds himself at a standstill. His luck changes when he crosses paths with a Japanese woman who is also searching for the fugitive. Trained by her father, she possesses skills that rival those of a modern-day ninja. But what are her true intentions, and can Lambert truly trust her?
