Scott Woolley, a former high school peer, is out for vengeance against Karen for sabotaging his senior year and aims to seize control of Walker Inc. After impressing the board with his compelling presentation, he successfully takes over the company, leaving Karen frustrated. Meanwhile, Jack and Grace decide to take a break from work for a movie day. While picking up snacks at the grocery store, they unexpectedly encounter Vince with a colleague, leading them to suspect that Vince is being unfaithful to Will.
