Scott Woolley, using the name Haley Joel Osment, recruits Grace to create the design for his new restaurant, but only if she agrees to fire Karen from her firm. After Grace confides in Karen about the situation, they uncover that the man who hired her is actually Woolley. Determined to expose him, they devise a plan to catch him in his deceit. Meanwhile, Jack attempts to distract Will from his troubles with Vince by taking him out for a night on the town, but ends up leaving Will at the club. To make amends, Jack invites Will to lunch, vowing to focus solely on him, but his resolve falters when he spots Patti LuPone entering the restaurant.
