Things take a turn for the worse when Beau accidentally loses crucial new evidence. Meanwhile, during lunch, Gee encounters one of Megan's friends and becomes convinced that she isn't attracted to him due to his race. The guys wrap up their evening at the bar, only to find themselves broke after unexpected fees catch them off guard. In the midst of his struggles with the evidence, Beau seeks solace from Megan, feeling the absence of Beth and the kids more than ever.
