The Return of Amanda (S02E07)

Amanda, the alluring Immortal cat burglar, makes her way back to town and informs MacLeod that she’s left her criminal past behind. Skeptical of her claim, he’s soon proven right when gunfire erupts around them. Initially thinking the assailants are Watchers, Mac discovers they are actually FBI agents. Amanda possesses stolen plates for counterfeit currency from pre-War Germany and seeks an engraver to modify the dates, as she’s vowed to abandon her thieving ways. Agent Palance frames Mac and Amanda for his partner's murder, coercing them to hand over the plates while forcing them to stage their deaths on tape to catch him.
