D.J. is celebrating her 13th birthday, and her friends, including her crush Kevin, are all there to join the fun. As the party heats up with music, Kimmy attempts to encourage D.J. and Kevin to dance, but their nerves get the best of them. To help, Kimmy and the others set up a game of "spin the bottle" to push D.J. and Kevin together for a kiss. Just as they're about to lock lips, Danny, Jesse, and Joey, having overheard the plan, rush in and interrupt, causing D.J. to feel humiliated and upset that her special day was ruined. After a talk with Becky, the guys recall their own experiences with the game at D.J.'s age and realize their mistake. They apologize to her, and D.J. acknowledges her frustration as well.
