D.J. is at her wit's end sharing a room with Stephanie, leading to heated arguments over who gets access to the space and when. To address the conflict, Danny, Jesse, and Joey create a mock courtroom in the living room, appointing Danny as the "judge" while Jesse and Joey act as opposing "lawyers." Meanwhile, the guys are also caught up in a competition of their own, having wagered on who is the most athletic. To settle this, they decide to race at a local track. The stakes rise when Becky arrives with the "Wake Up, San Francisco" crew to film the event, and Danny ultimately clinches victory by a narrow margin.
