He aims to foreclose on Kate's mortgage along with all the problematic loans in the valley, jeopardizing the Cannonball's operations. To raise funds, the Shady Rest plans a Monte Carlo night, where the player with the most fake money at the end will win a special prize. Betty Jo’s friend Willie has a knack for predicting roulette outcomes. Inspired by Willie’s talent, Uncle Joe devises a plan to send him to Vegas to earn enough cash to help them beat Bedloe and save their community.
