They welcome Afrim Pristine, a top Canadian cheese expert and owner of Toronto’s renowned Cheese Boutique, to judge this unique grilled cheese contest. Later, for the Elimination Challenge, the chefs draw inspiration from the picturesque landscapes of forests and fjords to craft a true Nordic feast. Set against the stunning backdrop of the Toronto Islands, their creations are evaluated by culinary luminaries, including Marcus Samuelsson, owner of Harlem’s Red Rooster, and Emma Bengtsson, Executive Chef at New York City's acclaimed two-Michelin-starred Aquavit.
