The Cost of Cooking (S20E05)

Chef Anne Burrell and Chef Alex Guarnaschelli dive into the competition as the recruits participate in a taste test to identify higher quality ingredients from lower ones. The atmosphere shifts during the skill drill challenge, where the red team faces off against the blue team. For the main dish challenge, the recruits must expertly break down a whole fish to create a "sofishticated" meal. Unfortunately, the least skilled recruit from each team will be eliminated from the competition.
