A blind man is abandoned in the middle of a busy intersection, with his German Shepherd left to potentially run him over. While picking up Mel after a failed date, Cole picks up on the aura of one of his former prisoners nearby. He soon realizes that the dog has been possessed by Medoran, Zin’s bodyguard, who is using the creature to carry out his orders. Zin wants to eliminate a councilwoman obstructing his plans for rezoning a Chicago district. Cole tracks the dog, which transforms into a werewolf-like figure, and successfully captures it.
