Favorite Son (S02E14)
On their first day at nursery school, Sam and Logan's mother, Kim, tries to win over their teacher with homemade cookies. When Kim and Christine arrive to collect the boys, Christine feels upset to see Miss Brooke lavish attention on Sam while neglecting Logan. That evening, she shares her concerns with Jimmy, who dismisses them as an overreaction. The next day, Greg and Jimmy take their turn picking up the kids, and Jimmy realizes Christine was right when Miss Brooke fails to recognize Logan. Back home, Christine accuses Kim of currying favor with gifts. Despite their attempts to compete, Kim ultimately sees her mistake, leading all of them to confront Miss Brooke. Tensions rise when Greg and Kim imply that Sam's special treatment is due to his abilities, sidelining Logan.
