Greg's former high-school sweetheart, Stacey, is visiting with her husband, Bobby. Eager to reconnect, Greg invites them over, and during their time together, they discuss family photos of Sam, Dominic, and Logan. This prompts Stacey and Bobby to reveal their struggles with infertility, citing Bobby's "slow swimmers" as a challenge. They mention their trip to LA for top fertility specialists. When Greg offers his support, Stacey unexpectedly requests his sperm. Kim is furious at Greg's willingness to consider it. After Jimmy brags about his girlfriend's trust, Kim discovers she was joking and that Greg wouldn't agree. However, both are shocked when Stacey and Bobby turn to Jimmy with the same request.
