Ajaccio (S01E01)

Ainsley Harriott sets off on an adventure across the Mediterranean aboard a 44ft catamaran, whipping up delightful dishes throughout the trip. In this inaugural episode, skipper Jean-Hughes introduces him to the fundamentals of sailing. They anchor in a stunning cove on the island of Lavezzi, where Ainsley takes a stab at paddle-boarding. Later, he cooks up some seafood skewers accompanied by pepperonata, along with a quick and flavorful omelette infused with Corsican mint.
