Bonifacio (S01E02)

During Ainsley Harriott's journey through Corsica, he arrives at Bonifacio, where tour guide Christine shares insights into the area's rich history and culture. Inspired, Ainsley prepares a delicious dish of cheesy stuffed aubergines. He also stops by a honey producer, collaborates with a local chef to create a dish featuring bovine bread, and meets an olive oil producer.
